View your schedule and attendees#
Use your teaching schedule to find your assigned classes and see who has booked. Attendee counts can change as people book or cancel.
Access your schedule#
On the website, sign in to your teacher area and open Schedule. In the Naayya app, open Profile > Business > Classes for the business you teach for. Select My Classes if shown; for some teaching roles, Classes opens your class list directly.
Upcoming and past classes#
Both the website schedule and the app's My Classes view have Upcoming and Past sections. On the website, the default date window shows the next 30 days for upcoming classes and the previous 30 days for past classes. Past means the class time has passed; it does not by itself confirm attendance.
Understanding class cards#
Class cards can show the class name, date and time, location, and attendee count. The website may also show capacity beside the count.
On the website, classes are grouped by date.
See who's attending your class#
To view the complete list of students booked for a class:
On the website, select the attendee count on a class in Schedule. In the app, select a class card in My Classes. The attendee list opens for that class.
What you see for each student#
The Students list shows confirmed students and any walk-ins added to the class. Use the attendance control beside a student to record that they attended. See Manage attendance for the steps on each surface.
Filter by date#
On the website, to view classes in a specific date range:
- Click Filter at the top of the page
- Select your start and end dates
- Click Apply
- The list updates to show only classes in that range
This is helpful when reviewing past classes or planning ahead.
Class actions#
For an upcoming class, its options may include:
- Reassign on the website or Assign Another Teacher in the app: choose another teacher when the action is available
- Cancel on the website or Cancel Class in the app: start the class cancellation flow when the action is available
Follow the confirmation and policy message shown for that class. If an action is unavailable, contact the business rather than assuming the class has changed.
Quick tips#
- Check your schedule the day before to see who's booked
- Use the attendance drawer to prepare for your class
- Check the attendee list again close to class time, since bookings can change
