Some businesses ask customers to share health information that helps teachers understand safety needs during a class. Sharing it is optional in Naayya.
Add health information#
Go to Account > Profile > Health Info.
The first time you open the page, Naayya shows a consent notice. After you grant consent, you can add a disclosure by choosing a type and entering the details you want the business to consider.
Each disclosure has a type and description. The available types are Injury, Pregnancy, Medical, and Other. You can edit or remove a disclosure later.
Your changes save automatically after you edit a disclosure.
Who can see it#
Someone authorized by the business or Naayya may view your health disclosures for supported attendance or account work. A teacher may view them from the attendance view for a class you booked. The information helps the business support you during that session.
Your health page includes Recent access, where you can see who viewed your health information and when. An entry may include the class involved when it is available, and the history can include authorized business or Naayya staff access.
Edit or remove a disclosure#
Open Account > Profile > Health Info and choose the disclosure you want to edit.
You can remove a disclosure you no longer want stored. Keep the details current if your situation changes.
Withdraw consent#
Open Account > Profile > Health Info and choose Withdraw consent.
Withdrawing consent removes your stored health disclosures and records the withdrawal. If you later want to share health information again, grant consent again and add a new disclosure.
When to contact the business#
Contact the business directly for medical, safety, or class suitability questions. Naayya stores the information you choose to provide, but the business decides how to adapt a session and what information it needs before you attend.
