Set Up Get Paid

Connect Stripe, complete onboarding, and start accepting online payments

Naayya uses Stripe for card payments and payouts. To start accepting online payments, set up a connected payment account by adding your business country in Billing and completing Stripe onboarding.

Before you begin#

  1. Your business is set up in Naayya and has an owner.
  2. You have your legal business details ready, including the business country and address.
  3. The business owner completing setup has the identification or company documents Stripe may request.
  4. You have a supported bank account ready for payouts.

Step 1: Complete billing details in Naayya#

Before you start payment setup, go to Admin > Settings > Billing and add your business details.

Add:

  • Legal Company Name
  • Country
  • Address Line 1
  • City
  • Postal Code

If you use an EU VAT number, you can add and validate it there. It is optional.

Your business country must be set before Connect with Stripe becomes available. Stripe keeps the account country set during setup.

Step 2: Connect Stripe#

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Get Paid.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe.
  3. Complete the Stripe onboarding form in Naayya. Enter the business, owner, support, and bank details Stripe requests.
  4. Submit the form and close onboarding when you are done. If the embedded form does not work, use the external onboarding option shown there.

Only business owners can set up and manage payment settings. If you do not have access, ask the business owner to complete onboarding.

Step 3: Sync and review your status#

After onboarding:

  • Naayya syncs your account status when you close onboarding.
  • Check the status banner on Get Paid. Account Connected means the account is ready to process payments. Setup Incomplete means more onboarding is needed.
  • If Naayya shows a Stripe notification, open it and follow the steps for the information or documents still needed.
  • For an incomplete account, select Complete Onboarding and finish the remaining steps.

When online payments stay unavailable#

Naayya keeps online payments unavailable until Stripe is ready.

  • If the status is Setup Incomplete or Stripe is still reviewing the account, finish the requested steps before accepting live payments.

Keep your account healthy#

  • Keep your support email, business profile, and payout bank details current.
  • Respond to new verification requests shown in the Stripe notification banner.
  • Use Open your Stripe dashboard when you need payout history, balances, or tax forms.
  • Recheck Billing if your company address or tax details change.
