Use a customer's Class Passes section to review passes that are close to expiring or already expired. The table is also where you start a documented credit or expiry adjustment.
What to check#
- Go to Admin > Customers.
- Open the customer's detail page.
- In Class Passes, review the product, remaining credits, status, purchased date, and expiry date.
- Choose Show all if the customer has more than eight passes or packs.
The table can show Expiring soon for an active pass with an expiry approaching, and Expired when a pass's expiry date has passed. The Expired badge can also show the number of unused credits, so a pass can be expired even when no credits remain.
Common uses#
- Explain an upcoming expiry using the pass's status and expiry date.
- Check whether a customer's question matches the pass and booking record.
- Review an expired pass before deciding whether a support extension is appropriate.
- Compare a pass's class coverage when the customer cannot use it for a class.
Before changing credits#
Before changing a pass, check the product details, bookings, and payment context available to your role. Open the pass action menu and choose Adjust credits, or Restore / Extend credits for an expired pass.
The adjustment form requires a reason and details when you change credits or the expiry date. Save only after confirming the customer, pass, and approved support decision.
