On the website, your Account shows class passes, memberships, and orders for goods bought through Naayya. In the Naayya app, open Profile to find your bundles and memberships. Use the website for orders.
Shop for physical goods#
Some businesses offer physical goods through Shop on their public storefront.
- Open the business's public storefront and choose Shop.
- Browse the available products. Each product card shows its name and price. If the business has no goods available, the page says so.
- Select a product to see its images, description, available variants, and stock. Choose a variant and quantity, then select Add to cart.
- Open View cart to review your products, variants, quantities, stock messages, and subtotal. You can continue shopping, change quantities, or remove an item.
- Select Checkout to continue. If you are not signed in, Naayya asks you to sign in before continuing.
When an order is recorded, go to Account > Orders to see its product name, purchase date, payment status, payment method, and amount. Contact the business about pickup, delivery, fulfillment, or refund questions.
Active credits#
On the website, go to Account > Access to see your class passes and credits. In the Naayya app, open Profile > Bundles.
For each credit balance, Naayya shows the studio, product name, remaining credits, expiry date when there is one, and a link to book with that studio.
An Unlimited Pass shows Unlimited in place of a remaining-credit count, since it has no usage limit. Unlimited describes the number of uses, not duration. An unlimited pass can expire, for example, Unlimited classes for 30 days. The account shows its validity when the pass has an expiry date.
Credits are usually tied to one studio and can only be used for the classes or services that studio configured. For limited passes, the validity period usually starts when you first use the credits, not when you buy them.
Memberships#
On the website, go to Account > Access. In the Naayya app, open Profile > Memberships. This can include memberships you bought yourself and memberships a business has shared with you, such as a family or group membership.
Membership cards show:
- studio name
- membership name
- price and renewal interval
- status
- remaining uses, when the membership has a limit
- renewal date, when available
If a membership is unlimited, the usage area shows that instead of a remaining count.
What happens when a membership is frozen#
On the website, a frozen membership is marked Paused and cannot be used to book until it resumes. The membership card shows the next renewal date when one is available.
If you own the membership and the business allows customer self-service, Freeze appears on its card. Freezing asks you to confirm. Resume appears for a freeze you set yourself and resumes it immediately. If the action is unavailable or you have a question about the next charge, contact the business.
Orders#
On the website, go to Account > Orders to view orders for goods bought through Naayya.
Orders can show the product name, purchase date, payment status, payment method, and amount. Fulfillment, pickup, delivery, or refund questions should go to the studio that sold the product.
Common questions#
Why did a credit not return after cancellation? The studio's cancellation policy controls whether a credit or membership use returns. Review the message shown when you cancel the booking.
If a booking is part of a Course or Program Enrollment, the individual session may not be cancellable or refundable on its own. Follow the Enrollment result shown in the cancellation flow and the business's policy. Any eligible account credit follows that result.
Why can I not use a credit for a class? The credit may be expired, already used, connected to another studio, or not valid for that class type.
Can I use a pass for an appointment? Yes, if the studio has connected your appointment session pack to that appointment service. When an appointment pass is available, checkout shows it before card payment.
Why can I book with a membership I did not buy? Some studios support shared memberships. If a family member or group owner shares a membership with you, eligible classes may appear as bookable from your account.
Can I cancel a membership in my account? If the studio has not enabled self-service membership cancellation, contact the studio. Saved cards linked to active memberships may stay locked until the membership is no longer active.
