The Media Library is a view-only place to review your business assets.
It combines direct uploads with images used by classes, teachers, services, locations, products, categories, resources, and your business profile.
Open the Media Library#
Go to Admin > Media.
What you can see#
The library can include:
- Uploaded files
- Class images
- Teacher images
- Service images
- Location images
- Product images
- Category images
- Resource images
- Business photo or logo assets
Each card shows a source label so you can see what the asset is associated with. Select a card to open the asset in a new tab.
Filter media#
Use the source filters to narrow by labels such as Uploads, Classes, Teachers, Services, Locations, Products, Categories, Business, or Resources. When more than one asset type is available, you can also filter by Images, Videos, Audio, or Documents. A filter only appears when that source or asset type is present.
What the Media Library is for#
Use the library to:
- Review what has been uploaded or is in use
- Check whether a class, teacher, product, service, or location has an image
- Open an asset from its card when you need to inspect it
The library does not edit or replace assets. To change an image, use the page for the class, teacher, service, location, product, category, or business details where that image is used.
